GFR Fluctuation’s

Hi,

I was curious what your last 4-5 lab results were and whether they fluctuate and how much? Trying to figure out what’s normal when you have CKD. The last four were 43, 50, 43, 38.

High heart rate while jogging

I’m 30F and never was a runner my whole life. In the past few months, I started taking my cardio more seriously. I started doing jogs at 4.5mph and it gets my heart rate up to the 180s. I do 2 minutes jogging and then 2 minutes walking for about 30 minutes. Is this a normal heart rate at such a slow speed? I’m concerned because I have been doing this for at least a couple of months now. I do this 2 times a week and on the other days, I do incline walking at 5-6% at 3mph. My heart rate is usually between 130-145. Is this concerning? Will my heart rate ever come down? And do some people just have a high heart rate? I do have anxiety.

Similar feeling?

Hi, I’m 30F and I’ve had OCD/health anxiety for awhile now. Since I am thinking about having kids and the clock is ticking. I feel this sense of exhaustion whenever I think about having a child. I do want one for sure. Maybe two or three. But I have a hard enough time right now on my own without kids. Some days feel exhausting, my mental health is obviously in a terrible place but I don’t know if this is a normal feeling or something deeper?

So obviously I’m not talking about the first 1-3 minutes after cardio. I’m saying once you’re done showering and what not, does it stay more elevated than your typical resting for a while or go straight back to resting?

Hi, I’m 30F, don’t drink or smoke, eat relatively healthy and have a normal BMI. I’ve never been the type of person to work out a ton and I definitely have never been a runner. I recently decided that I want to improve my cardio. I most definitely wouldn’t have been able to run 2 miles 3 months ago but I did run (jog) 2 miles this week. I am taking it slow because my heart rate gets high pretty quickly even at a slow pace. I noticed that if I do get my heart rate up (150-180 bpm) it comes down to fairly quickly when I stop. However, I noticed that for the next few hours it stays at like 90-110 bpm. Don’t know if this is normal and I’m just really out of shape or it’s concerning.

29F, I have OCD & anxiety disorder. I don’t take any medications, don’t drink or smoke. I eat healthy and started working out consistently. I used to hate working out and actually stopped for awhile because my heart rate would get really high which didn’t necessarily bother me and then when I do a cooldown, it will decrease relatively quickly. Say it’s 170 from a jog and then I’ll do a walk at 3mph and my heart rate will go to 130 within a couple of minutes. It will eventually keep going down to about 115. I then jump off the treadmill and head straight to the sauna. I stay in the sauna for about 20 minutes and my heart rate is typically 97-110. I then head straight home and take a shower. After I shower, for the next couple of hours my heart rate will remain elevated like 90-110. I have had EKG (2 months ago), Echocardiogram (3 years ago), blood work (2 months ago) and nothing came back abnormal except that I have sinus tachycardia which I already knew. Does this happen to you or any insight? I’m so concerned that this isn’t normal and it makes me panic even more. I feel like my heart rate should go down to resting faster than it does.
