I just bought a PC from an individual whos native language was Chinese. I have changed my area and language to English, but the PC still keeps showing certain settings / options in Chinese. Any help or suggestions would be amazing. Thank you!

Based on the negativity about America, I'm curious if there is anything our countries would do well in adapting from each-other.
