LO SO SCUSATE

Guys I NEED your help - dry sensitive nightmare

Hello everyone, I really need your help with my incredibly sensitive, reactive skin and overall weak skin barrier.
A little backstory: in September 2022 I (f24) started my accutane journey that ended in April 2024 to fix my acne problems (I had severe acne, I don't remember any problems with oilyness or dehydration). After finishing my accutane treatment, my skin completely changed: it's way dryer but gets really oily throughout the day while feeling tight, especially in the last year. I would consider it dehydrated, since it feels dry but it's oily on the surface. I tried to change my routine through the years, but I kinda feel hopeless.
My main concerns are the discomfort related to the dryness combined with the oilyness, texture, and redness, but the discomfort, tightness and overall sensitivity are really messing with my temper, so I'd like to focus on them.
My current routine is:
AM:
- only splash with water (I used to cleanse with micellear water, but it's too harsh),
- Avene Thermal Water,
- Geek and Gorgeous Happier Barrier,
- Jowaé Vitamin-Rich Moisturizing Revitalizing Eye Gel
- Beauty of Joseon Relief Sun Aqua-Fresh

PM:
- Olio denso Veralab (oil cleanser - I added this step a month ago and it's really helping with closed comedones and overall texture)
- Aveeno calm + restore gel cleanser
- Avene thermal water
- Mixsoon - Glacier Water Hyaluronic Acid Serum
- Cicaplast baume b5 or Avene cicalfate (any other lightweight moisturiser leaves my skin flaky and red in the morning)
- Once I week I use Finacea 15% azelaic acid (half of pea size amount) - but maybe it's too harsh? I always feel dry as hell the next morning

I really feel hopeless and I don't know what to do anymore, please help me out! The discomfort is driving me insane

Alternative to cicaplast

Hello!
Since I'm trying to boycott as much as possible, but Cicaplast b5 is genuinely my ride or die, do you guys know any euro alternatives for that?

Thank you!
