How long does Lumibricks usually take to respond to return requests?
Mistakenly ordered a set for a bigger order i didn't have a use for after all and the package is already on its way. I send the return request last Thursday and they still haven't responded. How long do they usually take?

I'm planning my future Lumibricks sets right now and my Cyberpunk diorama is almost out of space and i have to decide between these two.

My cyberpunk city 'til now!
Adding the Bodega and Detective Agency set as soon as they come out and then either choosing between the Exchange or the Elite Restaurant or waiting for Lumibricks to reveal their next couple of sets. Then my shelf space has run out anyway. ;) also want something for the wall behind to make it look more "endless".

Problem with the cyberpunk inter-building connector
When i try to connect two cyberpunk sets with the "inter-building connector" on the side the lights on the one with the battery pack dims and the lights on the one i want connected stay off. When i run the second building with its own battery pack the lights turn on without any problem. Anybody had the same issue? I, without any doubt, have every cable connected so i don't know what i'm doing wrong.
EDIT: thanks guys. I'll try it with a powerbank!

The Blade Runner street market scene, the Neon Elite Lounge and the Neon Elite Restaurant.
These are exactly the sets i need for my city and i can't wait!!
