I used to have cable TV and the ONT from 2018 is outside. I have 1 gig speed and the old FIOS routers and extenders.
Should I upgrade the ONT to the new 2 gig to bring the ONT inside? Also, do I need to upgrade the 5 year old router and extenders? 3 level townhouse.
I have the old 2022 Apple Studio Display, the tilt only kind, for my m2 Mac Studio music computer.. it’s too tall on my platform desk, I’m 6’1” and it’s still above eye level. If it could drop an inch I wouldn’t have an issue. Going to give it to family, so I will either move the lg Ultrafine down here and upgrade the office to a LG 40” 52K monitor. Or I can get the new Apple Studio Display XDR after selling my 401k lol.
I need a monitor that can be lowered. I have one extra lg 5k ultrafine in the office, one I gave to family.
My basement studio is Apple only and I use that just for music. My office is for cyber work and my 9-5 job (windows). I really like the Mac displays with the cameras built in but the price is outrageous. I use caldigit hubs for both workstations.
The last option would be to buy an office chair 25” off the ground but I’m happy with my office chairs.
Got an outage in the nova/dc area, been here with the same 1 gig service since 2018. I have to wait 48 hours for a tech since they think it’s an issue with the Ont box. How long do these things last for?

I was set to get a delivery of the 65” Bravia 9 from Best Buy this Saturday. It was $2200 with delivery and installation.
Came across a deal that was hard to pass up and went with the 65 inch LG C5 for $1100. Includes delivery and installation for free at this price. Never saw the C5 this low at MicroCenter, Costco, or BestBuy.
All I do is watch hoops on the Apple TV 4K with Prime Video, Peacock and ESPN.
Don’t watch many day games, but the kids do their thing on YouTube and Disney+
Would you have done the same? Is the picture and audio that different between LG C5 and Bravia 9? I’m coming from a 55” Samsung Q70D.
