Help with Preamplifier circuit design

Hey guys I am designing this low noise pre-amplifier which has two stages(instrumentation amplifier + low pass filter). The output of this amplifier will go to an ADC which takes input of 0-5V. But my amplifier output has negative values too. So there must be some dc offset. What modifications can I make so that I can feed the output to the ADC?

Help hp hard drive failure ( 301 error)

My laptop keeps restarting on its own every 5 minutes then I got this message. I ran the diagnostics and it passed both 1st and 2nd pass of fast test. No hard drive failure was detected. What should I do

Idk what's happening but my hp laptop keeps restarting on its own every 5 minutes. What could be the reason?
