Looking for a good IT academy with placement support

Hi everyone,

I already have some knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Golang, and DevOps. I’m mainly looking for an IT academy that can help me get placed in a good IT company.

I’m not looking for training from the basics. My main priority is placement assistance, interview opportunities, and connections with companies that are actually hiring.

If you have personally used an academy’s placement program, please share your experience and recommend the best ones, especially in Chennai.

Thanks!

Roadmap to Become a Golang Developer

Hi everyone,

I'm a final-year Computer Science student and I want to become a backend developer using Go.

I've already learned the basics of Go (variables, functions, structs, interfaces, pointers, goroutines, channels, packages, modules, etc.) and I'm currently learning Gin and building REST APIs.

I'm looking for a complete Golang roadmap that can help me become job-ready in 2026.

Some questions I have:

  • What topics should I learn after the Go fundamentals?
  • Which backend frameworks and libraries are considered essential?
  • What databases should I focus on (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis)?
  • How much Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud (AWS/GCP) knowledge is expected?
  • Should I learn gRPC, GraphQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS?
  • What testing tools and best practices are commonly used in Go?
  • Which design patterns and system design concepts are important?
  • What projects would make my resume stand out?
  • Are there any open-source Go projects that are beginner-friendly?

If you're a Go developer, what roadmap would you recommend today? Also, what mistakes should beginners avoid?
