Where can I get a Character Certificate? My college is asking for one, and I have no idea where to obtain it. My open schooling board (Bosse Board) says they do not issue Character Certificates.
3rd consecutive day at Indian Bank.

My grandfather passed away 2 years ago. My 73-year-old grandmother has an FD that matured last year and we're trying to complete the process.

Day 1: Told KYC is not updated.

Day 2: Brought my grandmother to the branch for manual KYC. Staff said it would be updated by the next day.

Day 3: Visited again after 3 days and was told the KYC request hasn't even been sent for processing yet please wait we will send it now and I'm waiting in the from last 2h.

Meanwhile, customers keep making repeated trips to the branch, including senior citizens.

I don't live in this city and came here specifically to get this work done. Instead, it's been three days of running back and forth with no clear timeline.
