I want to draw a complex symmetrical curved object in sketch and I want to have the stroke thickness outside the line. I’ve drawn the left hand side, copied, pasted, mirrored, moved it so the new curve meets the original, but I can’t get them to form a closed curve together. If I hit close curve I get two separate curves and a bar down the centre line which I don’t want. Is it simply not possible, because they were two separate drawing operations or am I missing something
I’m not interested in what happens when I go back to the workplane, I need the closed curve so I can have thickness on stroke only on the outside.

I was on a flight the other day, the woman next to me started using the empty window seat as her own private storage area. You know, bag on seat, legs sprawled across. She then had the cheek to get really uppity, when I used a bit of her space she was hardly using anymore. Accused me of man spreading and inappropriate behaviour when my head was on her shoulder a bit.
Next time, I’m booking her a seat next to our kids.

Had a new metal Consumer unit installed for EICR in Scottish rental, it was a tight fit in the cupboard as a lot of other pipes go through it. Really annoyingly, the hinged cover now protrudes slightly more than before and the cupboard door won’t close. Could a sparky take off the hinged cover over the breakers and still comply with EICR, just the one word answer needed, yes or no

You know who you are, you run uphill, chatting casually, cruising past the old steam train puffing and wheezing his pathetically slow way up. Have some sensitivity, pretend you’re a little bit short of breathe, please. It’s not clever, not funny.
Actually to be serious, had a great run at Queens park Glasgow, it’s not as hard as Dunedin NZ.

Got tumbler dryer in dry cellar, it will dry for about 10 minutes and when the clothes are smelling hot and dry it starts tripping the RCD. I’ve cleaned condenser, filter and perfunctorily cleaned contacts and connections inside, but no improvement. There’s a UK 13amp plug into a short extension which I’ve swapped about, no change. Any clues or should I do a really good job at cleaning inside.

After lurking here for ages I’ve finally got one. I went to a local branch of a well known tool equipment suppliers, this place has one nose in parking space next to the front door and the rest are parallel parking along the roadway. I went and bought my stuff, came out and somebody’s double parked so that I can’t get out. I pop back in the shop, shout out “anyone got a red Corsa” blank looks all around, so I go back outside put my hand on the horn. After a few seconds, a man comes out of the very same branch and with a rather hard done by expression moves his car and double parks it by somebody else’s car. I’m manoeuvering to go out and he walks by. I said to him “there’s a space outside the door, why don’t you park it there” and he stands there and looks at me as if I’m completely gaga. Then he walks back in to the shop, past the empty space and continues to buy his tool supplies, leaving his car blocking a car and the roadway.

I’ve got an old drone that comes up with Ht ufo 007e56d90089 as WiFi name. I can connect and fly with handheld controller. iOS tells me the original app is not available for me, so I’m trying to find generic replacement. WiFi UAV and Red5 UFO both show the WiFi name in the startup screen, but then tell me there’s no WiFi connection. The drone WiFi is selected in settings and the app has data access. What am I missing?
I have to move throttle lever up and down for hand controller to lock on, is it something like that.
