An abundance of failed mustang grape jam

An abundance of failed mustang grape jam

Tried to make jam for the first time today using wild grapes I gathered. I was pretty loose with my measurements and technique, so despite cooling for several hours, my ‘jam’ is more of a syrup. Could I reboil it and add more pectin to try and fix it?

How should I go about using all this delicious grape sauce? I’ve thought of flavoring drinks/cocktails, layering in a cake, and crepes but I’m sure you folks will have even more ideas. Thanks in advance!

How to go about mending?

I love this purse but it had horrible fake leather on the handles and part of the interior. It was flaking off already so I removed as much as I could, and now I want to replace it with some other fabric (probably canvas). Where would I even start? I could probably hand sew it on the interior after opening the seams, but I really don’t know how I would do the handles. Do I just need to seam rip it all and then put it back together? Or replace the straps entirely?
I appreciate any insights!
