Is this weird or normal?

I started Ozempic about two months ago for type 2 diabetes. I was having TERRIBLE food aversion. Could barely eat anything. So I stayed at the .25 dose instead of increasing. That was the only issue. No stomach problems. After taking my dose on Friday, I expected the food aversion to continue. But it's almost gone. It's almost like I didn't take the injection. I am hungry more and able to eat things I couldn't the week before. So I'm wondering if my body has finally adjusted? Has this happened to anyone? And I am thinking now I can probably increase my dose. Any thoughts?

Edit: Now I'm wondering if I'm counting clicks wrong? I have a .5 mg pen (blue) and am counting 18 clicks but wondering if this is correct? Does anyone know? Edit to my edit: just found the click chart .. I am doing it right. 👍🏻

Guys, I HATE Ozempic!

So I started about a month and a half ago on 0.25. It is causing me to not want to eat ANYTHING. Before Ozempic,.I ate relatively healthy..I had some bad.habits that needed modifying, which I have done now..I was perfectly happy eating a salad for supper with protein. I.ate all kinds of veggies. Now, the thought of any vegetable makes me want to throw up. I can only eat a very small amount of them before feeling sick..this is true with almost any other food. Doc wants me to increase to .5 but I tried a small increase this week because I had some meds left in my pen (not enough for a full increase - maybe half) and it hit me really hard. I have barely ate anything all week and I'm gagging down food to try to eat enough. I am taking it with Metformin for type 2 diabetes. I can't do protein shakes or protein powder as I can't buy it easily where I live (not in the US). I am so miserable and hate life. I can't get motivated to eat anything good for me. What can I do? 😢

For those of you on Ozempic or Monjouro... What can you eat that doesn't make you want to vomit halfway through? They tell us to eat regular meals, but I feel sick when I try to eat. Even foods I usually love.

Right now, Zucchini slices with tomato and cheese (zucchini pizza bites) and Yogurt with fruit and walnuts is about all I can do. But I am so bored!! Meat is okay most of the time, also. Any ideas? what works for you?

What can I eat when I don't have time?

So I have some days at work where I am really struggling for time. My break time is short. I'm wondering if you guys can suggest something that will be okay to eat and give me some energy but not too many carbs (I am not doing super low carb because I feel like I need something). Often I just have 10 minutes. Suggestions?

Edited to add I am not in the US so I need something I can prepare ahead of time. Not eating prepackaged foods or processed meat.

Black seed oil or powder (black cumin)

Someone mentioned this to me today and I remember reading years ago it did good things for high blood sugar. Has anyone tried it with or without success? What do you guys think about it.

Jardiance - yah or nay?

So Doc gave me Jardiance along with vaginal suppositories and gel. I started taking it yesterday. I had a very high heart rate after doing very minimal activity. I think this is more connected to my new blood pressure meds because it was happening before Jardiance but my pulse wasn't so high. Yesterday it was 97-100 even at rest. My main worry with Jardiance is the UTI/yeast connection. Can you guys weigh in and tell me your experiences? Can we reduce the sugars in our blood by just drinking a lot or water without Jardiance? I really HATE meds. But I'm trying to do what the doc says. My A1c was 10.4 percent. BG: 300 at the drs office. Today it's 210. It's been less than a week. Also on Ozempic and Metformin. Doing low carb (but not keto). Focusing on veg and protein.

I just got dognosed and I'm scared. Can someone give me some positive advice?

I just got home from the Dr office. She said I have type 2 diabetes very severely. I am in the third phase? Stage? I'm not sure how to say that because I'm in a foreign country and her English was good but not perfect. I am so mad at myself for letting myself get to this place without getting checked sooner. I had no symptoms. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I've already started eating healthier and need to try to focus on exercise next. I have knee issues but I do walk regularly. Please help because I'm.kond of freaking out. (Oh, she also said I have high blood pressure last week. And we are working on that already).
