The magic is gone...

Does anyone miss the mystery and magic the first season had? It feels like seasons three and four just capitalized off of brand deals, exaggerated drama, families falling apart, and Dadtok. It just feels sad and disappointing to watch knowing everything that's happened since. Of course I'm going to continuing tuning in to the next season, but I'm not anywhere near as excited to see what unfolds. It just seems depressing.

Pro Silk Cypress Grove Body Wash

I was pleasantly surprised with this! I've gotten other Pro Silk body washes, like the watermelon mojito one, and they've just smelled chemically to me once you use them.

This one smells like a spa sauna in a really nice way!

Guess what Whitney is doing...

This looks like she's going on Trisha Paytas's podcast. Unfortunately people in the regular SLOMW subreddit are defending it and excusing Trisha's behavior by saying she's apologized. This is so gross, I can't imagine Whitney has no idea what Trisha's past entails

Best cleaning supplies?

What are your recommendations for cleaning supplies? I've had some hit and misses, would love to hear any and all products that work really well!

I love the Multi Purpose Cleaning Paste, the Hypochlorous Acid spray, and the handle with different heads!

Spathecary Strawberry Peach Mist

This smells drinkable, literally amazing. However, it completely disappears after you spray it. Idk how you could make the scent last, any suggestions? Otherwise, would not recommend getting this!

Apologies for the blurry pic, I snatched one off of Google!

My fellow Dollar Tree Beauties!

I believe I've concocted an amazing shower routine, especially for people who find it hard to have the motivation to actually get in!

I've separated them into categories based off of the senses: sight, smell, hearing, touch, and taste.

Keep the overhead lights off and bring in candles and/or a lamp with warm lighting. I personally love candles, apologies if this is offensive to my religious people in here but I get the prayer candles from Dollar Tree. They burn evenly, the flame doesn't flicker too much, and they come in plain packaging in different colors that you can match to your aesthetic!

Candles are dually amazing for a pleasant aroma. Shower tabs are such an easy way to make your shower much more enjoyable, you just put them on the floor and let them do the rest! I personally love the Personal Care Shower Vapor Tabs because I like minty eucalyptus smells, but there are plenty of other tabs at the Tree if that's not your vibe! Correlating your product scents to match/compliment each other can also heighten the experience.

Creating a couple playlists depending on what vibe you're looking for that day is so helpful. Even if you're not in the mood for music, there's plenty of nature sounds to choose from as well to relax.

Using something exfoliating in the shower makes your skin feel softer and smoother especially over time with continual use. That can be scrubs, the mitts or sheets, and products with ingredients that chemically exfoliate you as well! I find that the sheets work really well because they're long enough to scrub the back and can be balled/folded up to use like a loofah! They also dry really fast when hung up. I am someone who can be more prone to sensory issues and have found that wet hair sticking to my neck and back makes me uncomfortable, so using a claw clip in the shower really helps!

I love having water or a fun drink right outside the shower. Sometimes I can feel claustrophobic with the closed off space and hot temperatures, so being able to poke my head out and drink something cold is refreshing. You can even have a snack available too if that's your jam!

Please use this to post your shower product recs and ask for some! If y'all have any additional tips, I would love to hear about them! Thanks for reading :)
