New faction seems fun and fairly balanced, and if team plays even in the slightest as a team, nothing these guys have can threaten our liberty!

Since lots of people are asking for new free warbond, here is an idea on how it might be done.
Idea is to provide some of the items from older warbonds for medals, to ease up catch-up for newer players, and to create just a few new items (or more, noone would complain) for veterans.
