Is there a penalty for attacking after moving?
I don't know where I get this idea from, I have always considered that attacking after moving (units with 2 or more movement, units on roads). I can't find this in Civilopedia. Do you know if this is true or am I just imagining a rule?

By winter, I mean the coldest season depending on your climate. Same with summer, the warmest season.
Mid season would be fall (autumn) or spring for a northern hemisphere temperate climate.

Looking for 3.5e Icons Font
I remember a few years ago having been able to grab the font file of 3.5e icons (the ones that appears in adventures and manuals before monster entries, traps, cities etc.); however, I have tried to find them again (I don't have it anymore), but I can't.
I remember it being called "Adventure"; this document I found says it was originally created by TSR and called "DL5AIcons Regular", but this search leads me nowhere either.
Anyone has any clues where I could find it, or would have it already downloaded?

I just submitted my bachelor's thesis on Heraldic Law & its Sociological Consequences
After a few months of work, I finally submitted my Bachelor's degree final work (TFE), on the subject of Heraldic Law, with particular attention to the sociological consequences of the legal mode of acquisition of coat of arms
