Missed delivery and transferred to a hub out of state
In the DC area - the package was scheduled for delivery on Sunday and was already at my hub on Saturday afternoon. The package never moved on Sunday, delivery date got pushed to Monday and then it was moved to a hub in North Carolina. It’s obviously not going to get delivered today either. Customer service still insists it will get delivered today… Anyone know how long it takes for FedEx to sort this out? Wondering how this happened when it seemed to be on track for on time delivery…

Import Scan - Worldwide Express Saver
My package was originally supposed to be delivered on Friday the 12th but never left Louisville. Now it’s Monday and still no movement other than import scan, even though it’s supposed to be delivered today. UPS told me on Friday the package already cleared customs. What would be the hold up?
