Im planning on upgrading my current T7 with a fresher one, preferably a Rally, but the T7 is high as it is.
Can a Rally be lowered to the same riding height as a T7?
I have an old Abus lock alarm with a PCB-mounted push button that activates an alarm only while the button is held down.
I would like to replace it with a latching slide switch so that the alarm remains active without having to hold the button.
From the attached photo, it appears that the push button may have three(?) pins, but I am not certain.
To remove the existing push button, do I need to desolder all three marked solder joints (1, 2, and 3)?
What type of slide switch should I use as a replacement: a 2-pin switch or a 3-pin switch?
There are still so very few adv pants with a AAA CE class, Klim Badlands Pro A3 being one of the few, I wish I could afford them but no. Any other suggestions?
