I'm looking for a vest for my in training service dog. I would love brand recommendations. I would especially love anyone with used equipment for sale to reach out. My dog has a 24" chest girth and a 24" inch length from neck to tail. I'm also looking at leash wraps.
I have just scheduled a surgery for my carpal tunnel and I'm so fucking scared. A caretaker part managed to get it scheduled but even they struggled with that and now the system is in panic about how to manage all the stuff before and after surgery. I don't know what to do I'm thinking about cancelling it. I feel like I can't wrangle my parts to get it done. The parts that normally take on trauma are too overwhelmed and the caretakers can't personally experience something that scary. I think I should force myself to take it on as host but the idea of this happening to me makes me nauseous and scared and I'm crying just thinking about it. I've been put under twice; once for my wisdom teeth and once for an upper endoscopy. After the wisdom teeth I took time off of things for a few days and the preparation was much less. After the upper endoscopy I had nightmares about being abused while on the twilight med but I got over it. I just don't know what to do and I want advice.
I'm a first time poodle owner and I've never before had a dog that needed ears cleaned. How do you take care of your dog's ears? I don't want mats or infections to be a problem
Has anyone with DID used Spravato for treatment resistant depression? Did you have specific interactions? Did it make dissociation worse? Was anything surprising?
