Hello!!! Has anyone here taken two or more of their ABSN prerequisites through Portage Learning?
I already know that the programs I’m considering accept Portage courses, but I’m wondering more about the application itself.
Did having multiple prerequisites from Portage affect your application in any way, or was it completely fine?

I’m pregnant with two kids under 3 and my study time is basically crumbs. I take notes on the whole module and then the exam asks about something completely different 😭
How did you study for these? What actually showed up on the exams? Any notes or practice resources you’d recommend?

I’m one semester away from graduating with my bachelor’s in Psychology, and honestly, I’m scared.
Psychology has always been my dream, but after reading so much about the job market, I feel like I won’t find anything because I have no experience.
I live in Virginia. Has anyone here been in the same situation? How did you get your first job? What would you recommend?

Hey all, hoping some current ABSN students or recent applicants can help me out with two things.
1. Microbiology is the prereq I have left and I’m looking at Portage Learning since it’s self-paced and I need to move fast. Has anyone actually taken it and had Mason accept it for the ABSN? I keep seeing Portage mentioned for other programs but nothing solid about Mason specifically. Did the lab portion count?
2. I’m aiming for Fall 2027. I know what the posted deadline is, but has anyone applied close to the cutoff and still gotten a seat? Or does applying early actually matter for these cohorts? Trying to figure out how much time I really have to knock out micro.
