I have no issue with refunding once I get it back. But they are saying it is cracked and chipped. I noted the scratch inside in the description and say to please examine all photos for condition as they are part of the description.
I also note no returns on my page.
Who would need to pay for shipping for this? I was already making not much on it, am I just going to have to bite the bullet and pay myself?
It was only 14.99 and labeled as a premium Monstera! I just had randomly stoped by there too. It was the last one too.
I am just so frustrated at this point. I can never get wax from Ozone, and don't really want to spend $100 when I have all the other pieces except the wax.
I ended up buying wax from Lava Lab plus their Surfactant and Magic surf and twice now the wax doesn't work. Every time it separates with a little at the bottom, if any at all (won't connect to the coil either), and the rest stays hard at the top. I have remelted it together more than once, changed the lightbulb twice, cleaned the coil, changed the coil, soaked the coil in acetone.
I don't know what else to do, and now that it's happened a second time I'm thinking it's not just me anymore. I've hear back and forth opinions of LLC, could it be a bad batch? Am I just an idiot?
