[Hiring] UX Designer in US or LATAM (~$20-65/hr depending on location)

Hey everyone,

Our UX designer has been with us for 5 years and is moving on, so we are looking for our next long-term design partner. When we bring people onto our team, they tend to stick around for years. We are looking for someone who wants that same kind of stability and loyalty, we take care of our people as long as they take care of the work.

We are a boutique agency with a diverse roster of clients, ranging from small local businesses with tighter budgets to larger companies with significant capital.

What the role actually looks like:

To us, a great UX/UI designer isn’t just someone making pretty screens. You will be taking the vision from our graphic designer and core team, running competitive analysis, and translating those insights into meaningful, highly functional digital experiences for our clients.

What we need from you:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience, ideally with a background in B2B projects.
  • Figma & Modular Design: You should have deep experience with Figma, specifically building with a modular, scalable mindset (components, design systems, dev-ready handoffs).
  • Modern Design & AI: You know the most modern, accessible design practices. While we expect you to understand how to leverage AI tools to speed up your workflow or brainstorming, we do not want AI-generated UI.
  • Location: You must be based in the USA or LATAM and able to work during US time zones.

Budget & Rates:

We are an agency, so we have to respect our project budgets, but we want to pay a fair rate based on your experience and location. Our general bands are:

  • LATAM: $20 – $50 / hour
  • USA: $35 – $65 / hour (There is a little bit of leeway here for the absolute perfect fit, but we generally need to stay within these parameters just based on our own billable considerations.)

How to apply:

If this sounds like a team you'd want to grow with, please send a DM with a link to your portfolio, your general rate expectations, and a quick note about your experience.

[Hiring] Senior UX/UI Designer (US/LATAM) | Remote | US Time Zones

Our agency is looking for a heavy-hitting Senior UX/UI Designer who understands modern design systems inside and out. We do not do cookie-cutter templates, and we definitely do not want AI-generated UI.

The Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of agency or product experience.
  • Figma Master: You live in auto-layout, component variants, variables, and ultra-clean files.
  • Modular Mindset: You design with an atomic approach, creating reusable components that translate seamlessly to development.
  • B2B Experience: A strong background making complex B2B data or workflows look clean and modern is a major plus.
  • Modern Tactics: You know what is current, what is accessible, and how to push creative boundaries.
  • The AI Rule: Use AI for brainstorming or copy if you want, but we do not want AI-generated design. We pay for human intuition and pixel-perfect intent.

Logistics

  • Location: USA or LATAM only (must fully overlap with US working hours).
  • Role: Remote.

To Apply

Send a DM with:

  1. A link to your portfolio.
  2. A brief note on a favorite B2B or modular project you have shipped.
  3. Your rate range

Thanks! Please just DM for now.
