Nagpunta ako sa branch last Tuesday, and around 3:30pm ako nagqueue. Nadala ko naman yung need na documents (hindi ko siya pwede i-file online since may need na reqs sa onsite).
After magsubmit, approved and acknowledged naman yung funeral claim slip ko. And sabi ng agent ay next day pa mageemail yung approval since late na masyado halos 5pm na rin. Tapos sinabihan rin ako na mag wait ng 1-2 weeks madisburse sa Gcash ko.
Hanggang ngayon wala parin yung email or anything sa SSS account ko. Normal lang po ba? Or magwait po ako ng 1-2 weeks baka magdiretso credit na lang siya?

Hello! Pwede kaya ako magirequest an E1 Form or any proof of SSS membership that I can use for my deceased mother? The funeral claim I am handling was rejected because she does not have a UMID or any physical copy of her proof of membership.
I already tried seeking assistance from Facebook groups, and they were able to provide an E1 Form. However, the problem is that it is not stamped or validated.
I also cannot leave work, so if possible, I would prefer an online transaction. But if there is no other option, may I ask what the requirements are so I can prepare before going there? Also, is it possible to have the E1 Form I received online stamped and validated by SSS?
