BIAB changed my life (and my nails completely)
From being a constant nail biter, having ingrown nails, infected cuticles... to having picture perfect nails. Honestly all thanks to BIAB. In approximately a year, this has changed the length of my nailbed, narrowed down my nails & created a natural C-curve.
I am actually in shock that these are my natural nails now. I do not use BIAB anymore, just a small layer of rubberbase & a topcoat.
For all biters out there with nails that can properly hold BIAB, I really suggest it. I am now off biting too 💗
