Soy-free dinner ideas for a fourteen month old with sensitive digestive system

My baby loooooves to eat. He also is super sensitive and has a sensitive digestive system. He had a soy sensitivity when I breastfed (not anymore) so I'm scared to to do soy with him. I am also very hesitant to do lentils and beans or quinoa for dinner and run the risk he wakes up screaming every hour at night. Lunch is when I do those.

Any dinner ideas? We have been doing a lot of pasta and rice and potatoes and sweet potatoes with veggies for dinner, but his palate is developing and he's not super into the plain veggies any more :(.

Earlier crawler won’t walk at 14 months

My baby crawled before 7 months and now at 14 months he still won’t walk. Anyone else have a very early crawler/puller upper who doesn’t want to walk??

He is very strong, he has the core strength. He just isn’t willing to risk falling. He’s so funny, he gingerly squats down. I can’t even do slow squats like he can.
