I have received an email from Niva Bupa citing that I have raised a cancellation request for my health insurance policy because of which my health insurance is cancelled and the payment which I made for the policy is getting refunded.

Earlier there was an email on 29th Sep but I didn't saw that mail. What could be done at this stage? They have removed my number from their registered number because of which I cannot raise a grievance redressal.

This is a 3 year old policy where I have never made a claim.

We did the PDI today, car is of May month manufacturing and there are some issues with the car: -

• The tyres are of Goodyear and manufacturing dates were quite old. One tyre was from Week 38 of 2025 and the others were from Week 50 of 2025. The dealer said they can't do anything about the tyres, so I've asked them to allocate a different/new car instead.
• Several body panels, including the front bumper, doors, and tailgate, were not properly aligned. The dealer has agreed to rectify the panel gaps and show me the vehicle again before I make the final payment. Although I have asked him to give me a different vehicle.
• There was also noticeable misalignment in the driver's side door and the dashboard assembly.
• I found paint chips at two locations on the bonnet.
• There were some droppings above the 12V battery that looked like rat excreta. The area was otherwise mostly clean, but it was still concerning.
• Infotainment screen was responsive and all the features were functioning.

I have attached pics in the mentioned google drive link also, if someone wants to check. What should i do in this case, is this nitpicking or the issues are real?

I have booked Mahindra BE 6 Pack 2 79 kWh variant in Bangalore from India Garage. They are not allowing any equipment for PDI.

Is it recommended to do the PDI through third party if no equipment's are involved? Or should we do our PDI ourselves.

What are the key things we should check during PDI?

Hey folks, I have booked a Mahindra BE 6 Pack Two (59 kWh, without charger) from India Garage, Bangalore. They’re quoting ₹23 lakh on-road after total discounts of ₹2 lakh (₹1.7 lakh dealer + ₹30k corporate), plus ₹10k worth of accessories free.

They also said they have a Jan-manufactured vehicle available in the colour I want.

Insurance cost will be matched to outside quotes.

My question is: since the car is Jan make and already a few months old, should I push for a bigger discount? Has anyone negotiated more on older stock recently?
