CSR 10 year cardholder here. My experience with Chase’s dispute process: Rented car from Autovia in Italy. Company claimed they didn’t have my reservation even though I showed them my email confirmation. Had to make a ‘new’ reservation on the spot (7X the cost in my email). Submitted dispute (claimed I was charged higher than anticipated; did not submit as ‘fraud’) to Chase with my original email confirmation. Dispute took a full 60 days. Originally Chase said my supporting documentation was invalid. Received a call on day 30 asking me to explain case. Case resolved in my favor on day 60. First time disputing a charge like this with Chase - feel like justice has been served on the slimy car rental company. Thanks Chase! Do not rent from Autovia- save yourself
