Can anyone tell me what breed of cat this is and how old he might be?

Hey! I’ve been feeding this stray in my neighborhood for a few days now and can’t find a breed online that looks like him, I’d also like to know if anyone can help me identify how old he is!
His body is almost a golden yellow color but the deeper half of his fur is dark brown- and no it’s not just the lighting, I’ve been feeding him at night and even in the dark you can see ends of his fur are very clearly yellowy golden. I wouldn’t think too much of it however his fur is totally black from his shoulder blades to his nose. His fur definitely gets more vibrant of a yellow towards the back of his hind legs where the base of his tail starts.
As for age- he’s pretty petite which made me think he was fairly young, he also has some crimped looking sort of fluffy fur around his body that made me think of how some animals start to shed their “baby fur” as they grow up, however I’m not a professional or anything so I’m likely wrong about it! He meows a lot and is very timid but curious, he warmed up to me very fast and within a few days he went from being scared to approach the food I left out to bumping me with his head and watching my other two cats through the screen door lol.

Are these embryos still alive?

How I got the eggs is a long story, I’ll shorten it and just say there was a nest in my yard that got attacked and the mother bird abandoned it.
I’ve been holding onto the eggs in hopes that they would still have a chance, there’s no rehabers nearby me that are willing to take them in however I got in contact with someone that said if they can hatch they would take them asap after.
I bought a heat lamp, digital thermometer and hygrometer, and a shoebox to set them up in. I’ve been watching the temperature and doing my best to keep it at a constant 89-100°F as well as the humidity to 40-50%.
I turn the eggs maybe 4 or 5 times a day whenever I can remember.
I’ll be honest, I really have zero experience with this but I trust the instructions and tips I’ve been given by others.

abandoned nest! Dark eyed Junco! (LAKEWOOD WASHINGTON)

I’ve been watching this nest in my back yard for a little over a week now but just this morning when I went outside to check on it the nest was taken apart and the eggs were scattered across the ground, one of which has been slightly cracked. I haven’t seen the mama bird all day yet either. I put the nest back together (the inside had been torn out) and set the eggs back inside, then placed a warm cloth over the top of it..

Does anyone have an incubator setup to help them hatch?? I’m afraid to leave them outside as we get MANY stray cats, raccoons, and possums roaming our yard.

Cat tensing up while relaxing

Around 5 years old male
He’s done this for quite a while now but I haven’t been able to figure out why, he’s a healthy cat and we’ve had him since he was around 10 months old.
I know for a fact it isn’t dream twitches, he also gets those on occasion but when he’s doing THIS it also happens when he is only relaxing and not asleep.
He doesn’t seem very bothered by what’s happening, but I’m worried he might just be very good at hiding any pain he could be having. When it’s happening I’ll try to snap him out of it sometimes and rub his belly for him, he will roll onto his side or back and purr like usual (he loves having his belly rubbed) which makes me think he isn’t in pain if I’m allowed to touch where it seems to be affecting him.
I just want to know my fur baby is okay!

My cat is acting weird, please help

He’s never done this before.. as of right now he is napping by our window and seems normal but I’m still very concerned.
For reference he is around 5 years old and neutered, as far as we know he doesn’t have any history of medical issues.
I’m more than happy to take him to the vet if that is what people are suggesting on here, I just don’t want to be overthinking it.
