This chicken breast was very big and slightly wet with likley oil. Not loads though. There was a massive stick of butter in the potato that I quickly removed but some melted into it.

I’m still obviously designing him but I’m really struggling with what vibe to go for. The darker on suits his moon/star motif whereas the warmer tones fit his personality. Even with the example colour palettes I’m struggling to add contrast since his design is rather simple.

Brief backstory + personality for reference:
He was originally a normal stag beetle but was turned into a conscious human-sized beetle by [an arcane inventor?]. His name is cobbler, which he chose himself. His life goal is to find a way to revert back to being a normal beetle because he found it was less stressful and he isn’t a fan of how loud his inner voice is now.

He’s a mellow down to earth guy. Slightly naive to social norms because he’s… a bug. He kind of gives a wise old man vibe except once you speak to him you realise he really isn’t. He likes nature and is unconventional In an expected way. As in he much prefers to sleep on the forest floor and is not pleased at how much colder his new larger body gets in doing so.

He is either a Druid, cleric, or sourcerer.
