gap year students lets pour our hearts out.

i am a private alevel student who faced alot of failures and setbacks in these two years, life was really hard. when i was doing A2 this year, the only thing that kept me motivated was IBA, and i gave entry test thrice but couldn’t get in while i gave cies too.
Then my only backup was Nust, bcs i didn’t want to settle for less. It was my first Net, got score yesterday which wont get me in any program.

so i am still in denial whether am i really going for a gap year? my biggest fear is turning into reality, idk what is life trying to teach me rn? how to face your biggest fear? how to still survive despite life has nothing to offer you after SO many setbacks and heartbreaks? The past 2 years have been really really hard for me, and then another year is awaiting me which is full of things that i never wanted?

atp, i dont want any motivation/solutions, i just want to sit with this pain bcs the setbacks i have had in the past were enough to teach me to not consider myself a failure, bcs honestly im not a failure, you lose when you accept your defeat and i know i wont give up. i know all of this. i know this really well. BUT, this is the reason rn, i dont want any motivation, i just want to feel how this pain feels bcs its new to me, how it feels when you face ur biggest fear. i wanna feel this.

and this year is going to be really hard, starting from scratch, living in a city where you barely have any opportunities to distract yourself and learn something new, have fun or anything atp.

so maybe if any of you are going through this phase or entering this tough phase, let me know how it feels? maybe reading your thoughts would help me to understand that it is a mutual feeling and what do u feel about it?

iba is just making money atp

dont u guys think they messed up with scores on purpose? especially english. and they took 30 students for bba and bs analytics and just around 90 for acf (direct admission) l.
i mean how is this possible. they took around 315 in bscs in this round, and 416 in round 1, making it 700+ students.
so my point is did they increase the cutoff intentionally for business school? i dont know the reason behind this but i do think they did this on purpose. i mean i can be completely wrong but it was just a thought.

dealing with stress

how are you dealing with the result stress and uncertainty? i mean i cant stop thinking about the result since the day i got back home from the test centre. and subconsciously its on my mind 24/7. praying and reciting surahs give me some relief. i would really like to know if someone is in the same situation, how they feel and deal with this. 🫩
