Why do I feel tired/exhausted and cold all the time?

Hello! Good day. I’m 26F, working 8.45 hours a day, Monday to Friday, and my job is mostly sitting all day. I also do freediving as a hobby.

I’ve noticed that I’m generally tired all the time, and I also feel cold very easily. I’m usually the person wearing a jacket in the office while everyone else seems fine, and I like wearing socks even at home. I’m also very comfortable wearing sweatpants, a long-sleeved top, and socks around the house. When I sleep, I usually use two layers of fleece blankets because I get cold easily.

This has actually been going on since before I got into my current relationship, so it’s not something that started because of my relationship.

Whenever I get home from work, I just want to rot in bed and do absolutely nothing. There was even a point when I was only eating once a day because I didn’t have the energy to cook or prepare food.

Now that I have a boyfriend, I’ve been eating three times a day more consistently, but I still feel generally tired. Sometimes it even affects my sex life because I’m just too exhausted or have very little energy.

I don’t take any vitamins or supplements, and I’ve recently started going to the gym because I thought maybe being sedentary most of the day was contributing to it. However, I still feel tired quite often and yawn in the middle of the session, even when I’m trying to be more active.

What do you think is a good action plan in this? Thank you.
