What the hell was that final fight?
It has got to be the most anticlimactic 'ultimate showdown with the big bad' I've ever seen in any media. The Boys writers can't possibly write superpowered fighting scenes, it's all just normal fighting (awful choreography too) with some lackluster display of powers sprinkled in.
Homelander took the Musk parody to space and came back in like, two seconds in this same episode, straight up teleported near Frenchie in the one before. He was fast enough to save Butcher from an explosion that literally blew in his face, he chased the fastest speedster in the world.
All that, and he can't get away to save his own skin? He's lasered a plane in half, shot up a whole nuke to the sky after getting juiced by the V1 and suddenly, all his lasers can do is merely pushing Butcher, Ryan and Kimiko back? He's by far the strongest supe ever but he can't get away from Butcher's tentacles? Can't overpower Ryan and Butcher?
And where was Marie, an Odessa level supe with crazy blood powers? Really, she's just there to drive the civilians away alongside the rest of the Gen V crew?
Nothing made sense about how it all went down. The only silver lining was Homelander dying in a way that suited his pathetic self, for all the world to see, with all the snivelling.
What's your dream Avatar comic book
I've always wanted an Amon comic, filling the gap in Noatak's story, focusing on his descent into Amon and The Equalists' rise. His backstory would be a great addition to the lore, it'd for sure make a fantastic comic if done right.
Makorra this, Korrasami that. What about Korraang?
I love how much she looks like Aang in the first season, where she's at her youngest
People always say that she resembles Katara but I never saw it, always thought that she looked much more like Aang
Why is season two exactly like Varrick's movers, unironically
The fact that there's no difference between Unalaq and his in-universe parody Evil Unalaq is hilarious
What are your unpopular opinions about Tenzin
I've always thought that his airbending was underutilized
With a maximum speed of Mach 25, Yıldırımhan has a reported range of 6,000 kilometers. It uses liquid nitrogen tetroxide as fuel and is powered by four rocket propulsion engines.
The mental image of Aang singing this, serenading Katara in front of the whole gaang floored me
