Working with a Sex Offender
I work in the IT field for a warehouse, thev ust hired a new warehouse manager that i'l have to work with often. They were a teacher about 10 years ago and was involved with a student 13-17. Thev had a flurry of other charges but pleaded down. They are on the registry, and the company is aware. I get a sick feeling in my stomach every time they email. I have been here for many, many years and love my job .. but have lost that love, and feel like my emplover has embraced this by hiring them. I am mostly remote so that helps, but i cannot shake that ick feeling. Any advice is welcomed.
