anyone else been having this experience lately?

im not sure wether its a glitch or just something that drivers in my area are starting to do…

but 3x now when I’ve requested a ride, the driver will be “on the way” to pick me up, then out of nowhere it’ll say the ride has already started and that they are on the way to the destination when i haven’t been picked up yet?

I wondered if it was a glitch, but on the map it shows that the driver has actually turned around and started making their way to the destination instead of continuing toward the pickup location. sometimes I’ll wait a while to see if they’ll turn back to come pick me up but they don’t, they just continue on their way to the destination. And when i try to contact the drivers, text & phone calls, they never get back to me, leaving me no choice but the cancel the ride and pay the cancellation fee.

i am going to contact uber about it but just wondered if this is happening to anyone else lately?

thoughts?

I wanted to create an account to have a creative outlet to share my work.

this includes:
-writing/poetry/literature.
-photography/filmography.
-art (digital, painting & sketching)
-video editing.
- sewing, clothes making & fashion design.
- music (producing, singing, piano & guitar)
- graphic design.

I don’t necessarily care about “followers & fame”. but originally, I was going to make a separate individual account for each. just so it’s not a huge mess trying to combine each into one aesthetic. and to also ensure that if one gets a bad rep, it wouldn’t reflect badly on my other projects in different categories. and so if one page started to do well, that’s the page I could put more work into.

however I’ve had a couple people tell me that this is a bad idea.

A.) because it would be hard to stay consistent with each. B.) because it’s harder to grow that way.

I don’t mind making a “brand”/name for myself under one account and posting everything under that name. But I fear if I do, the different categories will just clash and it will all be a mess. especially if I don’t manage to merge them right aesthetic wise, and with the way my work turns out for each, it rarely ever falls into the same aesthetic.

advice?

(F), 5ft and weigh around 50-56kg.

I’ve been struggling to figure out how to achieve/build my dream physique, whilst also training my body for martial arts/calisthenics along side it.

I have been training martial arts pretty much my whole life, and I am being graded in different varieties of martial arts such as Muay Thai, Wing Chun, Wushu, Boxing etc.
However I’ve been slacking off the past couple of years which has caused me to return back to my natural body state (Hourglass/Pear shape). Which im am quite pleased with aesthetic wise despite the extra weight.

However it just doesn’t work with my goals.

My goal is to become genuinely strong & flexible whilst building my body for martial arts & calisthenics, but aesthetically, id like to keep the slim hourglass/pear shape petite look. I don’t want a bulky, blocky or wide physique. Which is a struggle considering that’s the type of physique you get trying to train for those type of things.

I’d like to have:
• A flatter stomach, with very deep core strength and v-line definition.
• Hourglass/small waist without the thick/blocky obliques.
• Strong but slim/toned looking arms (sleeper build type).
• Get rid of armpit fat & upper body fat overall.
•Strong back & posture without widening my back or shoulders too much.
•Lifted glutes & toned/strong thighs (whilst still keeping them wide & full to keep that hourglass/pear look. Avoiding the muscular quads look.
• Lift, firm and lose weight in my chest area.

I already go to gym, but I usually just wing it when im there (stairmaster, incline walking, assisted pull ups, lat pull downs, cable pull downs, hanging/vertical leg raises, smith machine chest press, leg press, hyper extensions & occasional rowing). I also occasionally do pilates & yoga.

But I have found that all this doesn’t seem to be working very well and seems to be giving me an overall blocky look (waist, hip dips etc) rather than building towards my goals whilst keeping the hourglass look.

If anyone has advice for me or has any experience with this kind of training style or knows of creators with a similar physique, I’d really appreciate advice!

Thoughts?

There was an old TikTok/Musically account i had around 2013-2015 with a bunch of posts uploaded on it. Once i logged into that account in 2022/2023, it automatically wiped all the videos. Not sure why this happened. I tried to email the developers for help, but never got a response.

Could there be any chance of me recovering those videos? Or is it a lost cause?
