I recently purchased online a Napoleon F425SB. The door doesn’t stay closed as the magnet isn’t strong enough to hold it. I sent an email to the address in the instructions if I had problems. I got an automated response saying they no longer communicate by email. I tried calling their number and it says the queue is hours long and they prioritize online chat. So I tried the online chat and it’s AI and it sends me to a warranty form. I fill it in and save. And nothing happens. No confirmation number. No email. When I come back days later the claim is gone. So I put in a second one. Same thing. I’m confused and getting frustrated. Advice?

I recently decided to upgrade my WestJet MasterCard to World Elite. AirMiles is ending and I thought this would be a better fit. It was a smooth upgrade. My balance moved over and my points were unaffected. However, I noticed my companion voucher that I had earned on the previous card vanished. I called WestJet and they told me it was the Royal Bank’s fault so call them. I called the Royal Bank and said that they did delete it as it was earned with the previous card and no longer valid. I told them I didn’t cancel the card. I merely upgraded it. Although she was kind, there was nothing she could do. And she spent an hour trying to talk to everybody as she thought it was unfair as well. She apologized, but she exhausted her options .

If you upgrade your card, make sure you use your companion voucher first.

In Canada we are flooded with commercials for Ozempic telling you to get your savings card from the Canadian Ozempic website. The pharmacy runs the code through their insurance system. I got mine and was very excited until I found out it was only $13 off of $260. Better than nothing but they make it sound like it’s going to be so much more. Has anyone got more than $13?
