Long story short, I have been getting emotionally abused by my boyfriend/baby daddy (now ex) for over two years. I have audio,video, text records of the abuse and him acting aggressively while intoxicated. He also has had a previous DV, been intoxicated in a public street while driving recklessly, and record for refusing to leave a private property while intoxicated. He has wished death upon me several times that I also saved in texts. I am in complete distress over this whole situation cause he wants 50/50 custody of my five month old. I am from Phoenix Arizona and had dropped everything to move to California because he said he would take care of us. That backfired immensely to the point where his abuse turned physical on July 15, 2026. I have been wanting to move back to Arizona to start over fresh with my daughter and now we are in a court battle between a few issues. Yes, I have a temporary restraining order on him and I feel like it’s going to get dismissed by the next court hearing because I had a family member pass away recently and I called him in distress to beg him to let me do what’s best for my daughter and I. I know I fucked up here and I am devastated I let my emotions get the best of me. Any legal advice and positive responses are appreciated please…
