i’m struggling on the lvl 50 tower boss, what pals / gear should i try going for?
So I just reached level 50 and attempted the shadowbeak boss and got whooped 3 times
My main strategy was to just use elphidran aqua and quivern using the boost gun to up their attk and def
my elphidran is level 45 and my quivern is level 49
my main weapon is the semi auto rifle and im using cold resistant metal armor, upgrading this to cold resistant pal metal armor though
is there any pal or weapon i should try using in particular? or should i just grind more levels before attempting it again
kokichi has grown on me and i wanna talk about it
I finished my first play through of all the danganronpa games around april of this year. I didn’t know any of the stories, but I knew of the characters through things like the edits and memes (the junko poses, ‘that’ nagito rhinestone eyes edit, etc)
Kokichi was someone I saw in edits CONSTANTLY so when I first started my play through of v3, I thought he’d be the coolest character ever.
I couldn’t have been MORE wrong. I HATED kokichi with a passion. Past chapter 2, the only thing I could ask myself was “why the hell does this guy have so many edits of him if he’s this insufferable”
I think the breaking point for me was chapter 4 though. Gonta and Miu were my favorite characters, and to see them both die because of Kokichi made me irrationally upset towards him to the point that when he DID end up dying in chapter 5, I openly celebrated over it.
I was revisiting the characters to really try to analyze them better, and the first one that came to mind was Kokichi. And I have to say, even though I’m still. it fond of him, I can at least appreciate his intentions.
Kokichi is a great character from a writing standpoint due to his actions and his motive. Kokichis goal isn’t to end the killing game like Byakuya, or to kill the mastermind like Kaede wanted to, Kokichis goal was to ruin the entire premise of the game and to make it boring.
By teaming up with Gonta to kill Miu, he wanted ti create a trial that was boring for the audience and the mastermind by revealing who the culprit was at the very start. By trying to create an unsolvable trial in chapter 5, he wanted to show the masterminds incompetence, and to show that the rules didn’t matter if Tsumugi couldn’t prove who had died.
On top of that, by pretending to be the mastermind and exposing them to the outside world, they lost all motive to continue living, thus putting an end to the killing games and making it boring again.
All in all, I still don’t like the fact that Gonta and Miu had to die, but I can recognize Kokichi had good intentions at heart, and is an awesome written character.
