Reducing gallstone and gallbladder issues when losing weight fast?

I am currently losing weight pretty quickly after making big changes to my diet, calorie intake, and activity levels. i’m female have pcos and i’ve been trying really hard to take things seriously and finally lose weight properly.

Recently i started reading about rapid weight loss increasing the risk of gallstones and gallbladder issues and now i’m getting quite stressed about it .

especially because i know it seems somewhat common in women losing a lot of weight quickly.
i’m trying to do things “better” now and not just crash diet, but my deficit is still fairly aggressive and the weight has been coming off pretty fast.

i wanted to ask if anyone here has experience with this or knows the best ways to reduce the risk while still continuing at a quicker loss rate (preparing for an event.)

I would really appreciate advice on how to prevent issues or in general

gastroparesis, stomach paralysis on Reta

I have been strongly considering trying reta for some time after seeing alot of great transformations

That said, I don’t know anyone personal who has been on it and can only count mainly influencers online. I’m pretty worried about the possibility of serious side affects like seen with other glps.
Especially mainly gut side effects I have seen before.

I’ve personally known multiple people who developed pretty severe and irreversible gastroparesis and stomach paralysis, requiring surgery after being on Ozempic.

I know it’s mainly understudied but am concerned about reta having the same risk level for developing such serious problems.

Has anyone here on Reta dealt with anything like this or seen it in others?

Would really appreciate any experiences, especially from people who have been on it for a while. Im really scared of starting it and the regret of any irreversible things.

Has anyone taken Contrave with retatrutide?

Hoping for any personal experiences am wondering if anyone here taken Contrave with retatrutide before? I’m curious if there are any interaction risks or bad side effects from combining them.

I know retatrutide is still experimental, so I’m mainly looking for personal experiences with them.
