I just installed an app called Nuvio in the app store but I didn't see any options for settings or addons. Am I doing something wrong, did I get the wrong app?

So I go to Amazon at like 3:30am, accepted at like 3:20am, make it to the pickup location during the five minute face period they do graciously gave us. I check in and I take the photo. Now I need to park.all parking spots are full to the point people are illegally parking up the road. I have to loop around twice to find a spot. Once I find one I make my way into the facility. At this facility you scan your own ID. I almost always have issues at the ID scanner, meaning it will not scan my ID first try. After getting a successful scan, it tells me which I never saw before, I was 10 minutes after my pickup time. No, I wasn't, the scanner just failed several times, and I already check in. I immediately call Amazon and express my frustrations. They say they will look into it. 10 hours later their decision stands, even though I checked in and was still at the Amazon location at the time I called. Absolute nonsense, but is there any utility and calling back and expressing my dissatisfaction with the outcome since I drove all the way there in the middle of the night and was on time?

I just want to preface this by saying I have a degree, and I don't believe that I have a skill issue when it comes to coding, I think I do however struggle with the interview process, and I am aware there are small gaps in my understanding. I watched a video breaking down how Openrouter is supposed to be a lot cheaper because you can connect various "cheaper" API Keys to operate different LLMs, but I can't seem to locate any videos or documentation that clearly explain these steps. I was hoping you all may be able to point me in the right direction with either textual advice, or some links to helpful videos that cover that part of the process. Also does anyone know if you can use openrouter with vscode, and if so how does one set that up?
