It’s too small for me (56), I might go the gravel/endurance route, but it flies and rides so smooth ! Used to have an SL6, night and day diff

Considering selling my '25 SSE 2 (56) - what's a fair price (NYC)?

I love the bike but I'm recovering from a herniated disc and probably need something with a more relaxed geometry (at least temporarily). I upgraded the wheels to arc dicut 1400s...what's a fair asking price for this thing? Got some interest at $4,500...is that too low?

Anyone riding a newly purchased cube in the US?

I'm looking to pick up a Nuroad SLT and trying to figure out the most cost effective way to get one into the US. The geometry is exactly what I need after a herniated disc, but there are no US retailers and all the ones I've found in Canada don't sell the SLT model.

Any thoughts? Thanks!

Herniated Disc Recovery and Bike Geometry

Looking for some advice from people who have recovered from a herniated disc.

I had a herniation in 2022 that I had fully recovered from. Got in a motorcycle accident in January that aggrevated the injury (luckily I'm ok despite getting rear ended by a SUV).

I'm recovering, but can feel that my race bike geometry (2024 supersix evo) is tough with the limited mobility I have. I've also realized I don't really race, so I really just want a comfortable ride that isn't too heavy.

Fitting bigger tires would be nice too (like 35-45mm). Thoughts on what I should do?

  • stop riding until I'm fully fit but keep my current bike
  • go for a more endurance focused frame (based on my previous bike fit, the Cube Nuroad would be the perfect geometry - same reach but more stack)
