Does a mistaken non-filing of Form 2555 (no revocation statement attached) count as "revoking" the FEIE under §911(e)?

I suppose I will end up with some kind of Peltier device, but I can't pump the water through it unless it is stainless steel. Aluminum reacts with the fertilizer solution and poisons the plants. I'm looking for a tiny stainless steel coil to put inside the tank and then pump water through that into the Peltier. Unless someone here has seen a micro-miniature compressor cooling system.
I left out the critical info: I need to keep 5L at 18-20C. The tank sits in a closet due to wife's DFD (Decree of Forbidden Devices), but I can vent to the back of the closet due to WDK (Wife Doesn't Know) conditions.

My friend wants to completely reduce the car to a parts inventory. I love taking things apart, so I've volunteered. Does anybody have any tips or software recommendations, procedures, order of disassembly? I plan to go from the inside out, then remove all the lights and try to keep the wiring harness intact. Then the engine will be dropped, the rest of the car taken apart and then the engine. Thanks for any suggestions!
