I don’t understand training load figures

I recently did three of my biggest cycling days. Heavy charge for the three of them, but today was definitely the harder my life. However, despite duration / power / HR being higher than other activities, today’s activity get a low training load - could you please help me understand why ?

First screen, TL seems consistent with the efforts made; second screen was the day after, wtf such a low TL (even if shorter and with lower avg power than the day before); 3rd screen is today, wtf, stats are way above first screen’s one and TL is really low

Opening the bleed screw when changing pads ?

Hi everyone,

I recently switched from a rim brake bike to a disc brake bike, and I’m still trying to figure out how to easily replace my pads.

Last time, I tried to do it myself and ended up going to the bike shop near my home because I couldn’t fully push back the caliper pistons (using a piece of plastic to try to push it).

The guy at the shop did it and then told me that I need to “open the system” from the lever, from what I understood.

Now it’s time to change my pads again, and I’d like to manage it on my own.

I looked it up online, and I think what the guy told me corresponds to opening the bleed screw so the pressure can be released and allow the pistons to move back into place, creating enough space for the new pads — am I right?

I’m a bit surprised because most tutorials online don’t specify that, but I did find a few posts here and there mentioning it. However, I’m not sure if I need any specific tools or if there’s anything in particular I should watch out for.

For reference, my brakes are SRAM Force AXS

New helmet freely moving backward?

Hi everyone,

I just bought a new van rysel helmet, which seem to fit perfectly (comfortable, and does not move too much on my head). However, it looks like it is made to easily be moved backwards, which seems weird to me.

On this first video, we can see it is well fitted and does not move too much in all directions expect backward : https://media4.giphy.com/media/PEs85EmTftgoG1FmMA/giphy.gif?cid=9b38fe9143k1zgbb5xyh29aic85rx5y20g06xvaq01t7pqtj&ep=v1_gifs_username&rid=giphy.gif&ct=g

In this second video, we can see that on the strap, there is this small black piece that block the helmet from moving front if hit from the back, but that this small piece in not present on the other side of the strap, thus allowing the helmet to freely move backwards : https://media1.giphy.com/media/gPBHmzeu4Ow6ljUuSz/giphy.gif?cid=9b38fe91oyy2e2lnxibhxviajotbxrgfln8yikcrlkj7nknu&ep=v1_gifs_username&rid=giphy.gif&ct=g

I feel like I am missing something here, can someone please help me understand ?
