How do you make yourself study daily while you are not under pressure?

How do you hit your daily/ weekly targets when there is no one to be accountable to but yourself?

See if i have an exam in 2-3 months I literally go full on beast mode, even if I burn out I rest and still go on. Like sprints are easier to do.

But when its a far off exam, its a marathon. How do you make yourself study everyday , that feels like making progress?

What happens with me is, I studyy for 3-4 days Consistently, then it feels like a task like i have to force myself to do. I don't enjoy it anymore and I fall out .

I understand these advices- " Discipline " "Force yourself "

Anything else other than this , that has worked out for you?
