Absolutely disheartened

I was feeling good about doing it late but still proud of doing it either way. But I felt a kick in my stomach when I was reminded of how slow I am progressing. And its unsaid but the consequences can be felt in how you are perceived. I am so mad right now, my ego is absolutely hurt and all I want is revenge by doing my work much faster than anyone expects. Maybe that's the point!

Failed at Day 20

I read fiction a lot, everyday and have plenty hardcopies. But I only had one non-fiction and due to budget issues I made the decision to do the 75 Hard again sometime later when I am in a better position for it. I am neurospicy so reading productivity related stuff only worsens the comparison and feeling of failure spiral for me.

Before I start the next time I will definitely short list and organize my non-fiction reading. On day 25 now, and other than the reading and progress photo everyday I still am continuing with the other 3 consistently. This time I dont want to give up on building at least 3 habits that I do consistently.

My stamina has increased, I dont pant after climbing stairs anymore, the progression in the weights during my strength training session has been incredible, I sleep better, my skin has gotten better thanks to the consistent water intake even though I'm tanned af! My hairfall has reduced.

So maybe I failed the official challenge on day 20 but I want to be consistent with these three habits and sooon do this all over again and with all the rules in place and then come back here for bragging rights too!

Thanks for reading!

Hey folks, I am traveling to LA for a work conference and on a super tight budget. I found a hostel in downtown and figured out some public transit for me to go from LAX to downtown.

  1. I’m traveling alone, how safe is public transit for women? I land around 10pm so it will be a little later at night. Any other cheaper options if any that are safe, if not Uber it is!

  2. As of now I am only planning for the hop on and off bus given I do not have a lavish amount of time for sightseeing during the day. I have one evening post conference that I have no plans for and was thinking of just staying at the airport but any recommendations and must do’s/try? (nothing lavish something fun and simple)

Thanks in advance y’all:)
