I’m a British chap with a family living in south of Stockholm. We are looking at moving out of the city, simply for more countryside and space. (But also I’m a country chap at heart and want my kids to experience that)
We were looking at Bålsta or Bro? Anyone live there, especially those with young kids? Commute to the city?
Seen some posts that say it’s “remote” but maps show them being towns with shops of their own etc.
Would be great to hear what it’s like. Schools, shops, vibe, commuting etc etc

I am 1 year on Elvanse/Vyvanse and just started Naproxen as well (which puts more pressure on your heart).
I am also a runner, a dad of two and 35 - so health is on the mind.
I’ve heard from some friends that they use smart watches to track / keep tabs on their ticker and what not.
This times up well with my need for a running watch. I’ve done some research and it feels either Garmin Fenix (which is way too big for my wrist) and Garmin Venu 3 (not as good running watch) are good for this with ECG tracking.
Now I know it’s not totally reliable, watch heart/ecg tracking that is. However, it’s better than nothing right.
So my question is for people who do keep an eye and monitor those health metrics what do you have and use? And what smart tech/watches do you recommend? Bonus points if you are a runner/fitness freak.
