In my luteal phase right now and wishing I could fill all my calories with chocolate 🥲

In my luteal phase right now and wishing I could fill all my calories with chocolate 🥲
P.S. they may not be as protein-rich as chicken breast but GOD do I love a salmon dinner!
(Prob hit 1500 cal once I add the lettuce and tomatoes I had with my dinner, which I forgot to track)
Just noticed skin fold/ crease on the right side of my body is increasingly becoming more noticeable.
Not sure if it's because of posture habits (I am right-handed), muscle imbalance, or maybe tilted pelvis?
Wouldn't mind seeing some professionals to get properly assessed - but who should I see? MSK? Physio? Spinal doctor?
Been eyeing up the Prince2 Practitioner course on and off for few months and just saw that PeopleCert is running a summer promo at 25% off.
On their website they have three different options - basic exam bundle (official ebook + exam voucher + learning resource kit) then two eLearning bundles with interactive eLearning resources, official mock exam papers etc
Are these additional eLearning materials on PeopleCert or Ilx actually worth the additional cost? For reference, I'm currently not working directly in a PM role although I work adjacent to it.
I recently smelt L'Ombre EDT at Selfridges and I cannot stop thinking about it - it's like the most gorgeous green scent I've ever smelt, almost like an elevated, sexed-up version of Malin + Goetz tomato room spray which I absolutely adore.
I am getting married in a couple of weeks and whilst I already have a perfume for the ceremony & wedding breakfast (Byredo Mojave Ghost as I want clean skin scent), I don't have perfume picked yet for the evening reception when I'll be in my second outfit dancing the night away.
Do we think L'Ombre could be a good evening scent at a wedding? For reference I'll be wearing this flowy bohemian number from Rixo.
We're doing a mini moon to south of France (Riviera, not Provence) and Paris in mid June.
I've been to both places in late May before so I am aware of how warm they're expected to be.
Just wondering if anyone has made a similar trip with a dog? We'll bring a backpack to carry our dog in when we go to the beaches/ hikes, but wondering even that will be too warm for the pup - he's getting a little old so conscious of heatstroke risk etc.
I'm about a month out from my wedding but this pesky zit on my cheek isn't going anywhere 😭
Have been using hydrocolloid patches in the evenings for about 2 weeks but it's not improved at all. Do I need to see a derm to get it removed?
I'm just recovering from a fairly serious spinal surgery and I was wondering if anyone has reccs for reformer pilates studios with instructors who are clinically/ medically aware?
Specifically after instructors who explain the actual biomechanics and focus on technique/ control.
Would be great if based in SE or Central, bonus points if they're on ClassPass. Thanks all!
Catching up with a gal pal next weekend and we want to go somewhere for some actually good salad with maybe a side of fries and cute cocktails. Doesn't need to be a cute place as long as the food is actually good.
Want somewhere that's a sit-down restaurant and not a takeaway salad spot like The Salad Kitchen etc.
Any recommendations? Preferably central or SE London. Thanks in advance!!
Would be so grateful if anyone wants to use my referral link! I have only a couple referrals so far, and it would be great if I could get to 10 before my current subscription runs out in December 🫧💜
