I know this isn't a scalp picture, but does this look like a normal amount of hair to lose after the shower? my hair was moderately tangled when I brushed it. for reference im a teen girl and my hair is down to my chest.

worried about my cats lungs health
so we just got new neighbors in the apartment next to us. they've been smoking some kind of pot variant that has a really potent smell, and it's been leaking through the windows as we like to have them open at night for fresh air. it gets so bad that the entire apartment smells like burnt rubber and pot. im worried that it'll hurt my 2 cat's lungs, and I don't know what to do. we're actively reporting the smokers, as our building is strictly no smoking, but until then I don't know how to protect them. of course the smell makes my parents spray all sorts of artificial perfumes which im sure doesn't help their lungs.
is this going to hurt my cats? what should I do to protect them?
