Weight gain???
So i used to be like 45 kgs around 3.5 yrs ago when I was in high school, then after it ended, i did a bit of kickboxing for 3-4 months n all
It was going okay but as soon as uni started, i didnt get enough time to do all the exercises n stuff and i started noticing that i gained 5 kgs every month and right now I weigh like 67-68kgs, im a 20 year old female and im like 5'2, i know i shouldn't be 68 kgs, ive tried dieting, healthy ones, tried doing the "healthy food choices" thing, tried as much as walking n exercising i can but I just cant seem to lose weight
Like I really really wanna lose weight, and I wanna do it fast, 3-4 months...
Are there any alternatives or any suggestions or anything at all that might help?
