Doctor skeptical and I'm feeling shamed

I just wanted to share my recent experience at my doctors.. my doctor noticed my oura ring and asked me how I found it and I explained I found it good and I use it primarily for tracking my sleep and for use with natural cycles. She proceeded to ask me if that's all I was using and I said yes which resulted in more questions and several more of her making comments to the effect to "be careful" "and "and you're not using anything else"? I'm just sharing here because I came out of the appointment feeling really shamed and honestly kind of stupid even though I know NC is close to being as effective as hormonal BC with perfect use.

I even explained that I am getting married next year so ideally I won't fall pregnant this year but after June of next year I'll be actively TTC. For reference I am 28, with a good job/salary, a homeowner and a long term partner. I do look young ish for my age which I wonder if that's contributing to it..

I still left the appointment feeling like a scolded teenager. Any advice on how to deal with this going forward or has anyone experienced similar?

Radial head fracture and fatigue

I recently fractured my radial head. It's a small fracture but lots of fluid around the joint and I have some tingling/nerve sensations. I am also extremely fatigued. Is fatigue normal with an injury like this or is it perhaps a coincidence? Thanks

Pressure in head/pain when laughing hard?

I am diagnosed hEDS and MCAS. Migraines are one of my most debilitating symptoms. Recently I've uncovered when I'm laughing really hard (we all know those belly laughs you have with certain people lol) I get a severe feeling of pain/pressure across my forehead. It only lasts a few seconds but really stops me in my tracks as it's really severe in the moment. Does anyone know what this might be?

Along with migraines I also experience a lot of neck/shoulder/upper back pain if that's relevant.

Singapore & tropical island recs?

Hello

Can someone recommend a route for me - I'll be flying from Ireland via the UK to Singapore where I'll be staying for a few days. I'd like to go to a tropical island/luxury beach resort with clear waters, nice beaches and 5 star hotel options, nice people, good food etc. I've been looking at Langkawi Malaysia. Can someone recommend another option if flying from Singapore?

I'm looking at February time.

Thanks a lot!

Okay theory time… am I insane or does this prophecy logic actually make sense?

I’ve never told anyone this or posted it because I feel like it sounds a bit crazy, but I can’t stop thinking about the prophecy with Tamlin and the human who hates fae.

We all know Feyre had to be that human for the curse to break, right? But what if there’s actually a "hidden" part of that destiny that involves the sisters? My theory is that fate/the Cauldron basically decided that the sister of the "prophecy girl" is destined to be with the High Lord’s right-hand man or his "brother" figure.

So, at the start of the series, the magic identifies that person as Lucien because he’s Tamlin’s right hand. That’s why the bond snapped for them.. the magic was just following the spring court blueprint (for lack of a better term).

But since we know Feyre’s actual endgame is Rhys, the "High Lord" in the equation changed. If the prophecy follows the High Lord, then his right hand isn't Lucien anymore... it’s Azriel.

Basically, what if the cauldron initially matched Elain with Lucien based on the Tamlin/Spring Court timeline, but since the "High Lord" shifted to Rhys, Elain is actually meant to be with Az.

What do you guys think?
