If I get stronger on flat bench and military press, will my incline bench just go up too?

Let's say, over the next 12 weeks, I add 10kg to my max bench press (would be 110kg), and 5kg to my max OHP (75kg), will my incline bench press go up despite not training it?

Poster for a mobile app, any feedback welcome. Planning to stick up in universities

This is only the second poster I have made in Canva. It's for a mobile app for a friend of mine. We're planning to stick these up in universities, and maybe in corporate workplaces or libraries.

It's for anyone who wants to improve their life and habits, eg. sleep, diet, exercise, productivity, etc.

The light purple colour is the app's theme colour. The fonts, I just picked in Canva, but maybe could be improved.

Any feedback on the design is welcome, cos I'm very much a rookie at this.

Made an app with 100s of good videos and worksheets on productivity, but how can we keep users accountable?

So, my friend is a fitness and productivity coach. He’s successful in his own life and clients he’s worked with 1-1 have been successful too, from athletes, busy professionals, average joes, etc.

But he’s gone off social media cos he hates it.

So I put all of his videos and course content into an app called “Peak Performance Code”, with 10 video modules and digital worksheets guiding you through each step to maximising your potential in life, eg. sleep, mornings, exercise, diet, recovery, etc.

Now, we have daily push notifications to remind users, and checkboxes to tick off your daily habits, but these can be easily ignored, and I know there’ll be days where users are tired/lazy or whatever and just slack off.

Have you guys found any apps that use methods or some ways of actually making you stay on top of your well intentioned promises?

We were thinking of maybe a weekly or monthly check-in call or a group chat? Anyone any experience with these?

Not sure how to market this fitness/productivity/wellness app I made. There’s 10 modules and hundreds of good videos in it, but can’t think of a catchy “hook”.

Now, we’ve just released it but I’m trying to think of what “angle” to promote this with on TikTok or Instagram. Because the app covers such a broad range of topics, it’s hard to describe it in a single sentence.

the app can be downloaded on iOS/Android here

I suppose what’s unique about this app is it doesn’t only cover one area of fitness or wellness, it covers ALL of them.

I wanna start promoting this on Insta, TikTok, Facebook etc, but I really don’t know how I should do it. Any ideas?

Can I pay someone to market my apps for me?

So, I have 4 apps on the App Store and Google Play Store. I've had some success marketing one of them, the Irish Slang app, on Instagram and TikTok. I had one viral TikTok video that made my downloads and purchases spike massively overnight, so I know it can work.

I recently made an Australian Slang app too, but since I'm not based over there, I can't make a TikTok account to target that audience. I tried using a VPN, but it just shadowbanned the account.

I have two other apps I need to market it too.

My apps are well made, and have always had good reviews. I'm just feeling a bit burnt out and unmotivated when it comes to the marketing side of it. I don't really understand the world of paid ads, like ASA, Meta Ads, etc.

Does anyone know anybody who is versed in this stuff that I can hire and pay to market my apps for me?
