Any tips on how to repair my antique washstand?

I’m not what caused this, but something took the finish off of my antiques wash stand. Any tips on how I can at least make it look better? I’m so sad 😭

Courtney Cook facial expressions

(Repost from yesterday since my other one was removed)

Wtf is up with this facial expression? I’ve seen her do it before, but this is twice in one video and it looks so gross. I’ve never seen anyone do this before in real life. Stuff like this is exactly why I think this is fetish content. You can’t convince me otherwise!

My beautiful inherited topaz ring!

It belonged to my grandmother and I’ve I inherited it, she would be almost 100 now. My grandfather got it for her in Mexico. It’s a Topaz & I believe it’s 14k gold (I don’t have it with me right now but it def has a gold inscription on the inside). If anything, I just want to show it off because I rarely get to wear it & when I do, people think it’s costume jewelry! Should I get it appraised? I know it definitely needs a good cleaning!

I’m very newly diagnosed, I was just diagnosed Wednesday. My colonoscopy showed severe colitis and I was put on a course of steroids while waiting for my next appointment. The steroids have helped me so much already. I’ve been very sick for over a month with multiple ER visits, so I want to start feeling better ASAP.

I have a 5 month old and I’m just wondering if there are any moms out there that were able to successfully breastfeed while trying to find a treatment that works? From what I’m understanding I will need much stronger medicines (as per my DR). I guess I’m just wondering if there’s anywhere I can find a list of medicines that are breastfeeding safe? I like my GI doctor so far, but she seems to forget that I’m breastfeeding, so I have to remind her. I’ve noticed that their systems tell them lots of medicines aren’t safe, when in reality they are according to InfantRisk. I don’t blame her because she has so many patients, so I’m taking it upon myself to make sure all my meds are safe.

My son does not take a bottle and we exclusively nurse, so weaning would be very hard. Any advice is welcomed!
