Binoculars you can take a photo with?

I'm going on a trip where I want to use binoculars and also be able to take a photo. I saw where the Vortex Diamondback HD has a phone adaptor for this. Anyone here use that or have better choices? I'd like to keep it under $500.

Does Badia whole Chia seeds have Omega 3?

I just now learning about Chia seeds (I know, old news to probably everyone else), so I bought a bag of Badia Whole Chia Seeds and get home and notice on the nutrition label it doesn't say anything about Omega 3. I scan the barcode into my Chronometer app and it's empty on Omega 3 on that too.

I thought all Chia seeds had Omega 3 or not? or why wouldn't Badia mention it on their label if they have it?

cronometer friends?

There was a recent post about having "friends" on cronometer. I have Gold, where do I see the friends section and what can you do with that?

Hey @Cronometer I have great suggestion - "compare"

https://preview.redd.it/0ei11tkzvmfh1.png?width=1526&format=png&auto=webp&s=8dcbba1bd6fe22ff4886e5efd1597716edcdceee

I find myself frequently trying to compare similar products (like cereals in this example) and I have to click one, scroll down, make a mental or paper note of it's stats, scroll up, click another, repeat etc.

If there was some kind of "product comparison" button like you see on a lot of sites (like Best Buy for comparing laptop specs for example) it would be super helpful.

Or does this feature already exist and I'm just missing it?

EDIT: and just to be clear, I don't eat all that cereal on the screenshot, I add it to my diary so I can manually compare and then delete them.

ChatGPT Health and Cronometer

OpenAI recently released a Health Agent with ChatGPT. You can import your records from a lot of places, enter medications, and it connects with other apps like Apple and Samsung health.

Is there a way or any plans to link Cronometer to this?

(I'm not interested in a debate on whether you should or shouldn't upload your personal health records to AI, I just want to know if there's a way to link Cronometer to this)

My targets got all jacked up

https://preview.redd.it/qn2pf5hlfuch1.png?width=1160&format=png&auto=webp&s=cda630c09fec6e55bcd097f3a18726174d01ce01

New user here, I've been using Cronometer just fine for past couple of weeks, and even today, but somehow all my targets got jacked up. I don't know what I did to change them, I wasn't anywhere where I'd think they'd change? I was entering some biometrics from the past and now my calories are at 17,189? I'm about 205 lbs so that's not right at all.
Any idea what I did to screw this up or how to revert to what it was?

EDIT: SOLVED: when I was entering my biometrics (on the web UI), I guess I don't know how many inches tall I am and accidentally entered 8' 11". It would be better if this field had ft/in instead of just inches but yeah I'm a moron who didn't math correctly.

Fried Chicken?

I know fried chicken isn't the healthiest option, but I got some today at a restaurant, had a thigh, wing, and leg. When I go to add "fried chicken" all I see are other store brands like Hardees or whatever. What should I pick? (sorry if dumb question but I'm new to Chronometer and love it so far)

My McDonalds pay check from 1989

https://preview.redd.it/jo6nbly9ky7h1.png?width=3512&format=png&auto=webp&s=f0eb20d262f21c4f7a6f7931ce280b0e23df6966

Like half the country it seems, I worked at McDonalds. I was there about 3 years during college making biscuits and burgers. Would open the store by getting there at I think 4 or 5am, making breakfast and would go home after the lunch transition. I always left covered in flour and grease.

The $3.80/hour was after my most recent 20 cent raise, I think I started off at $3.35 and worked my way up.

Why/how does water get into the bilge?

I'm new to boating, I know there's a bilge pump to pump out water, but how does it get in there? When I wash down the boat with fresh water, all that water goes out through the drain holes on the side of the boat. The area above and around the bilge is sealed tight, when I'm boating I rarely get any splash into the boat. I notice that after my boat has been on the lift for a week or so, I guess after a rain, that there's water in the bilge. I just don't understand how it's getting in there.

It pumps out just fine as it's meant to do, I just don't see how it gets in there.
Edit: My boat is a 2025 Robalo R202ex fiberglass boat

I'm a licensed M365 Copilot user in the Frontier program. (I'm actually the admin)

From what I've seen, the Word Legal Agent should be available, but I am not seeing it in Word. Has anyone here seen or used it yet? Do you have to enable something other than Frontier? I'm in the US if that matters.

EDIT: The reason I don't see it yet is because we're on the monthly update cycle for Word (and other M365 apps) and you'd have to be on current update cycle to have the updated Word before you see this Legal Agent.
